The World Food Festival will take place at various locations in and around the city of Rotterdam. The three main venues are: the Museumpark, the Merwe-Vierhaven area and Central District East. You can get to all the festival locations by tram, metro or bus
Museumpark - Future Food House
From Central Station Rotterdam you can take metro lines A, B or C to metro station Dijkzicht. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Museumpark from there.
From Central Station you can take tram lines 7 or 20 to the Museumpark stop.
From Zuidplein you can take bus 44 to the Museumpark stop. From Charlois, bus 46 takes you to Erasmus MC - a short walk away from Museumpark.
Central District East, Schieblock
Dakakker (rooftop gardens), MESS, Biergarten and Luchtsingel
From Central Station Rotterdam you can take metro lines D or E to metro station Stadhuis. Walk across the Hofplein square and it takes 7 minutes to get to the Schieblock. Metro line E has a direct connection with The Hague Central Station.
Take tram lines 4, 7, 8, 21, 24, 23 and 25 or bus 39 and 48 from Central Station to the Weena stop. It’s a 5 minute walk to Schieblock from there.
Hofbogen: Roof of the Hofbogen, BIRD, Mini Mall
From Central Station you can take tram line 4 to Heer Bokelweg.
Or bus 39 to Pompenburg and a 5 minute walk (under the railroad viaduct) to Hofbogen.
Merwe-Vierhaven
From Central Station take metro lines A, B, C or tram lines 4, 8, 21, 23, 24 or bus 42 to Marconiplein. It’s a 13 minute walk along Marconistraat to ‘Uit je eigen stad’.
